What happens if it rains? Do you cancel outdoor clinics?

We will operate in the rain as long as we feel that our staff and clients can remain safe. We usually have at least one indoor option available to us at all times in case we have to make last minute adjustments. We encourage clients to check the website or to call us prior to coming to a clinic that may be affected by the rain.

How long is the typical wait time at a pop-up event?

Wait times vary depending on the day and the location of a particular pop-up. We have instituted a buzzer system to ensure that you maintain your place in line and are tended to in a timely manner.

If a pet has a history of an adverse reaction to a vaccine, we offer the option to receive an injectable antihistamine 10-15 minutes prior to the administration of the vaccine(s).

What should I expect after the visit? (e.g., Is it normal for my dog to be sleepy?)

Lethargy is very common post-vaccination. However, you will be emailed a list of all possible post-vaccination signs and symptoms.

How should I restrain my pet?

All cats should be in a carrier; all dogs should be on a leash, or in a carrier for small dogs.

 Business Model

Why are your prices so much lower than a traditional vet?

Our goal is to make pet care affordable. By focusing on essential vaccinations and prevention while operating as a mobile service, we’re able to keep our costs low and pass those savings on to you while still providing safe, high quality care to your pet.

Do you perform surgeries like spay/neuter at your mobile locations?

We do not currently perform surgeries.

If my pet is sick, can you treat them at the pop-up?

No, we recommend that you contact a full service veterinary facility of your choice if there’s a need for.
